Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All paid plans are billed annually but you can cancel anytime. We'll refund unused months.
What about the Pro and Business tiers?
We're building them now. Pro adds the automation rules engine (auto-trigger workflows on a schedule), AI lease analysis, bank feeds, and advanced AI tools. Business adds API access and team features. Sign up to be notified when they launch.
Can tenants pay with Zelle?
Yes. On Starter, you record Zelle payments manually in the ledger. The upcoming Pro tier will auto-detect Zelle deposits via bank feed sync.
Is tenant screening included?
Tenant screening is planned for shortly after launch. It will be available on all tiers, including Free — reports paid by the applicant.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
